Creator Mindset Mastery™ is not a YouTube strategy or tactics program. We won’t be focusing on things like optimizing thumbnails, titles, content strategy, posting schedules, or chasing algorithm updates.

Twelve sessions are held weekly via 60-minute Zoom calls. Preparation is intentionally light, typically about 15-30 minutes before each session.
Between sessions, you’ll engage in simple, experiential practices designed to integrate naturally into your existing work and life. The focus is on awareness, application, and real-world leadership, not busywork or heavy assignments.
